Prior to initiating any design work, our committed professionals engage in thorough consultations with clients to discuss project details, requirements, specifications, timelines, and costs.

Architectural design
As our design team embarks on the architectural planning process, active client engagement is integral. Presenting two distinct sets of preliminary plans, our team ensures both preliminary plans meet all client requirements. With no additional costs, clients have the flexibility to make revisions until we craft the ideal floor plan that perfectly aligns with their vision.

Estimating
Following the client's approval of architectural plans, our estimating team meticulously dissects the project, ensuring a thorough breakdown for the most accurate pricing from our vendors. We strive to align the total cost of construction with the client's desired budget. If the total cost of construction does not align with the client's budget, our estimators engage in consultative discussions with the client, making necessary adjustments to their plans and specifications to meet their desired budget without compromising quality.

Client approval
Upon completion of any necessary revisions to the architectural plans and the estimating process, clients will receive the finalized set of architectural plans. This package is complemented by a comprehensive formal construction proposal, including project details, specifications, and construction costs total. Final plans and formal proposals are usually required by the bank/lender when financing a construction project. This is used for the bank/lender to receive an accurate appraisal prior to closing on the construction loan.
05.
Pre-Construction meeting
After submission of final plans and formal proposal to both the client and, if applicable, the bank/lender for project financing, our team initiates a pre-construction and selections meeting. Here, clients are introduced to their dedicated project manager, who outlines a strategic plan for a seamless process. Simultaneously, clients schedule a selections meeting at our showroom with our selections coordinator. Tasked with assisting clients in choosing finishes, the selections coordinator ensures selections align with pre-set allowances for a smooth and satisfying experience.

Construction groundbreaking
As construction commences, clients can effortlessly stay informed with real-time updates, manage schedules, track progress, approve change orders, and access additional features conveniently through the client portal in our construction software and mobile app.
